A 12-month warranty is provided by Urban Deco, starting from the date of delivery. Please contact us to submit a claim within this time if you discover any manufacturing flaws.
For outdoor furniture, we offer a 6-month warranty that covers product repair (under specific care circumstances). Refunds or exchanges cannot be requested. All products need to be kept in good condition, and sunlight exposure needs to be prevented where the care instructions that came with the product specifically instruct you to do so.
Take note that incorrect storage of any item may lead to the warranty being cancelled. Our warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects of our products. Urban Deco reserves the right to repair or replace any defective products, as deemed necessary.
When starting your claim, don't forget to have your original sales receipt on hand.
Warranty Terms and Exceptions
- If your product undergoes repair or replacement, the limited warranty period will not be extended.
- The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect assembly, unusual product use, or unanticipated natural disasters.
- Damage from heat, light, and humidity—including fading, colour alteration, stretching, and shrinking—is expressly excluded from this warranty.
Liability Limitations
Urban Deco expressly disclaims all liability to clients or end users for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including:
- Loss or damage to property or equipment
- Bodily injury
- Other expenses resulting from the sale or use of its products
The purchase price of the defective or non-conforming products sold in this transaction is the maximum liability of Urban Deco for any such damages. Any legal action related to this matter must be initiated within the warranty period starting from the date of delivery.
