- "Delivery" signifies the conveyance of ordered goods to your designated address within the stipulated timeframe. (Unless specified otherwise, products will be delivered solely to your doorstep if two-man delivery or white-glove service has not been selected and paid for.)
CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Placing an order on this website indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- Orders can be returned and refunded within a 14-day period. However, made-to-order products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
- Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the product and sign the delivery note.
- We will verify payment and card details with you.
- To order items, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
- Return requests will not be accepted if the item's packaging is discarded or if it poses a safety risk to our couriers during collection.
- Our liability for damage during delivery is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the damaged item's value, whichever is most cost-effective for us.
- Please inspect flat-packed items before assembly, as assembly attempts void our Returns Policy.
- Clearance items are not eligible for replacement.
- Clearance products are priced lower than regular items due to limited availability and potential quality variations.
- Clearance stock items are only eligible for return if they are faulty or damaged upon delivery; no replacements or exchanges are offered.
- Customers may receive a full refund or a discount for keeping faulty or damaged clearance stock items, provided they contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to amend or update these policies without prior notice.
PRICE & PAYMENT
CONTRACT TERMS
- The price listed on our website includes VAT (Value Added Tax).
- Standard one-man delivery to the customer's doorstep, up to the initial entry point of the property, is provided free of charge, except for specific postcodes in Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you require two-man delivery to a specific room, there is an additional fee of £19.99. Please note that the two-man delivery service is available only in England & Wales.
- Opting for our WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY service, which includes item assembly, incurs a charge of 20% of the order value. To be eligible for white glove delivery, your order must exceed £600 and include selected brands.
- Product prices are applicable exclusively to online purchases made through this website and during seasonal sales. They do not apply to products showcased in our showroom.
- Special sales or discounted prices offered on our web store during promotional events are valid until midnight on the expiration date of the offer.
- Marble Tables, Ceramic Tables, and Extending Glass Tables will be delivered only to the ground floor.
DELIVERY
Deliveries on Business Days
We offer complimentary delivery services using both our vehicles and third-party couriers for all destinations within England and Wales.
Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email notification specifying the delivery date and estimated arrival time of your product. If you anticipate being unavailable to receive the delivery, kindly inform us via email or directly notify the delivery service in advance. This allows us to reschedule your delivery for a more suitable time.
Please note that the advertised delivery days on our website pertain to business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. However, the advertised weeks may include weekends and public holidays.
The delivery time frame indicated on the website, typically ranging from 4 to 10 working days, means that if an order is placed on the 1st of the month and the quoted delivery time is 4-10 days, the order should be expected to arrive by the 12th of that month.
For more remote locations such as postcodes PH, KW, PA, and all Scottish Islands, please anticipate an additional 7 to 14 days for delivery.
Please note that we do not deliver to Remote Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, or any Offshore Islands, including the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, PO (30-41), and ZE.
We regret to inform you that White Glove Delivery options are unavailable for the following postcodes: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, KA, KY, LA, ML, PA, PH, PL, TA, TD, TQ, TR.
A failed delivery will incur a charge of £40 for re-delivery.
Please be aware that opting for White Glove Delivery will necessitate an additional 7-8 Business Days for delivery and assembly of the item.
For ready-assembled wardrobes, please note that we do not accept returns if the wardrobe does not fit into your property. Kindly ensure that you measure your property before placing an order for ready-assembled wardrobes.
Fast Shipping/ Next-Day Delivery
Fast shipping, also referred to as next-day delivery, is an option offered for products weighing less than 30 kilograms. Items marked for fast shipping are dispatched directly from our suppliers to your address via a third-party courier service.
VOUCHER CODE
Coupon codes cannot be used on items marked as 'SALE ITEMS'.
Please be aware that when utilizing finance options such as V12 Finance and Clear Pay for payment, discount vouchers cannot be applied.

All prices displayed are accurate. In very rare instances, human error may result in an incorrect price being displayed. We take every precaution to prevent such occurrences. However, if you suspect that a displayed price seems unrealistic and maybe a mistake, please notify us immediately.
If you believe a price may be incorrect, please contact us to verify before proceeding with your online order. Please note that we cannot honor orders if they are placed at an incorrect price due to human error.
DELIVERY PROTOCOLS
- (a)Our furniture is transported in large vans and lorries, and you need to ensure there's safe and adequate access for these vehicles. If drivers deem the access unsafe or inaccessible, they may decline delivery.
- (b)You'll receive advance notification of your delivery date and time. If you can't be present at the delivery address, please notify us or the delivery company via email. We'll reschedule your delivery for the next available slot in your area and arrange it for that day.
- (c) Urban Deco shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, motorway congestion, missed or failed deliveries, or rescheduled delivery times.
- (d)It is your responsibility to ensure that the designated room for furniture assembly is either vacant or has adequate space for product assembly. We are not accountable for dismantling or disposing of your old furniture.
Kindly be aware: You are responsible for ensuring passage clearance or sufficient space for your preferred option.
For deliveries to Mainland and Scotland (excluding remote postcodes), a delivery fee of £29.99 applies, regardless of your order value.
Please note that we do not provide delivery services to the Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Wight, Isles of Sicily, and Orkney Island. Nevertheless, we can deliver to the nearest port, after which the customer must arrange onward delivery. For further details, please don't hesitate to contact us.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION
OPTIONS:
When shopping at Urban Deco, you have the flexibility to pay a 50% deposit initially and settle the remaining balance once your items are in stock and ready for delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for items with longer lead times. However, paying the full amount upfront is also an available choice.
For purchasing furniture at Urban Deco, you can conveniently use your credit card, or debit card, or opt for a bank transfer into our account. Your payment will encompass the product cost at the time of order along with any additional services selected during checkout.
We've partnered with Opayo and PayPal to ensure secure transactions. Payments processed through our Payment Partner & Merchant Banker are guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Should you decide to make a subsequent purchase or add extra items to an existing order, you'll need to follow our payment procedure once again.
PROCESS:
When making a payment with your credit card, debit card, or bank account, it's crucial to ensure that all the information provided during purchase—such as your Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address (if different), Telephone Numbers, and Email Address—is accurate. Additionally, you confirm that you have the rightful ownership and authority over the payment method you're using for the transaction.
Should further validation be necessary to authenticate the payment card, we may request additional evidence to confirm your ownership and authority over the credit/debit card used for the purchase. This measure safeguards against unauthorized card usage. Please note, this procedure does not impede your legal rights.

Actual items may exhibit variations in color or shade due to differences in screen resolutions. Urban Deco cannot be held liable for these discrepancies.

As a result, all matters concerning the website, sales, accounts, and any other content featured on our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
