Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days for items in stock
- Express Delivery: 2-3 working days for selected items

Made-to-Order Items:
- Order confirmation will be sent within 1 working day
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of made-to-order items

- Standard Delivery/Express Delivery: Delivered Free all over UK
- Room of Choice Delivery: £19.99 per order
- For areas outside of mainland UK, additional charges may apply. Please contact us for a quote
Delivery Process
Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. On the day of delivery, you will receive a call from the driver approximately one hour before they arrive.
Receiving Your Order
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We may not be able to leave items without a signature.
- Inspect the packaging for any visible damage before accepting the delivery. If you notice any issues, please report them to the delivery team immediately.
Missed Deliveries
- If you are not available to receive your order at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
- Missed deliveries may incur additional charges if rescheduling is required.
Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, hotels, or overseas addresses at this time. For special delivery requests or remote locations, please contact our customer service team.
